Donald Deibler

I’m Donald Deibler, a Pennsylvania-based business owner and Business Manager at All Stars Ice Cream & Café Bakery. I focus on building strong local businesses that serve real people and create lasting connections in the community.

With a degree in Music Business from Albright College, I’ve built my career through hands-on experience—managing operations, solving problems, and staying involved at every level. I also support the growth and vision of Dead Horse Beer & Burritos, working behind the scenes to help bring it to life.

Outside of work, I enjoy dirt biking, hunting, fishing, traveling, and renovating homes. I’m also committed to giving back through youth sports coaching and community volunteering.
