Donald Dunbar

I am a scientist in Edinburgh. My background and training are in biology through a BSc from the Department of Biochemistry and a PhD from the Department of Biochemical Medicine (my supervisor was Ian Holt) at the University of Dundee. Following a post-doc at the MRC Human Genetics Unit in Edinburgh, I took up a post as a drug discovery scientist at Organon Laboratories in Scotland. After seven years there, during which I moved into bioinformatics full time, I left to take up my current post. Publications from my PhD, postdoctoral, industry and current work can be found in PubMed, Publicationslist.org, Google Scholar, or our own publications database
