An entrepreneur and business leader in Calimesa, California, Donald Graham holds a bachelor of arts in business administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and a master of arts in education and training from Southern Illinois University in Riverside. In addition to serving as chief financial officer of his own energy subcontracting company since 2009, Donald Graham has headed Calimesa’s Golden Graham Properties since 2015.
His work in property development centers on the acquisition and redevelopment of distressed real estate in Southern California, Nevada, and Florida. He handles all aspects and stages of the redevelopment process, from sourcing real estate assets with value-added potential to designing and managing structural and other improvements.
When he isn’t working, he enjoys gardening and playing with his dogs. He stays fit by riding his bike and working out on a regular basis. In an effort to give back to the community, he supports charities that range from Shoes That Fit to Homes for Our Troops.
