He is passionate about HR and made it his career; gaining an Master's in Personnel Psychology and working for several Fortune 50 companies in various HR leadership roles in industries including; Industrial & Energy Products and Services, Specialty Chemicals & Materials, and Technology Products & Services.
When not coming up with creative solutions to HR dilemmas, Don's cycling, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, or playing with his dog, Baxter.
