Hello, I’m Donato Tramuto, and my journey in healthcare and philanthropy is driven by a profound commitment to addressing global health disparities and ensuring that compassion is a staple in leadership. Over the past three decades, I've had the privilege of leading organizations and initiatives that strive to make healthcare accessible for all, particularly the underserved.

My career includes serving as the CEO of Tivity Health, where I championed significant shifts towards addressing social determinants of health. My passion, however, extends beyond corporate roles. Following the tragic events of 9/11, a personal turning point, I founded the TramutoPorter Foundation. This foundation is close to my heart, focusing on advancing educational and healthcare access to empower young people and combat human rights violations.

Philanthropy for me is not just about giving back, but about empowering others to succeed and lead healthy, fulfilled lives. I've always believed in the power of empathy and the importance of health equity, which have guided my actions and decisions.

I'm also an author, sharing insights on overcoming adversity and the importance of compassionate leadership in fostering a more just and caring society. My goal is to inspire and mentor the next generation to lead with both head and heart, creating a ripple effect of positive change across communities worldwide.
