Donavan Sterling West is a renaissance man. With over a dozen years of experience in social service, marketing, sales, promotions and public relations, he has been involved in diverse endeavors, from television host to program manager.
As the former Public Relations and Marketing Director for local cable television station, VTV, Donavan seized the opportunity to host several music video & television programs: Island Flavor, Caribbean Connection, and the Scene. While showing the hottest music videos, Donavan interviewed various artists including Beenie Man and Sean Paul and discussed daily issues and concerns on location with people across the tri-state area.
Hailed by the Philadelphia Inquirer as a “Public Relations Guru,” Donavan has established himself as one to watch. As the sole proprietor of MultiMedia MD, a marketing, public relations and promotions firm, he provides consultation services to a myriad of businesses. Among his and past clients are Keystone Mercy, Philadelphia Development Partnership, The Laff House, The Philadelphia Metro and Pernod Ricard, the second largest alcohol distributor in the world.

Since 2003, Donavan has been the Director of Social Services at People For People Inc.(www.peopleforpeople.org ), a major Non-Profit located in North Philadelphia, with almost 200 employees. People For People’s Employment Advancement and Retention Center is the largest EARN Center in the state and scheduled to service over 2,500 families in 2009!
In 2009, Donavan formed Avery-West Consulting; a relationship consulting practice for individuals in various stages of personal and spiritual development.
