Don Brent Wensauer is an accomplished independent real estate professional and the founder and president of Property Management Services, Inc., located in Oklahoma. He has dedicated nearly 45 years to practicing law alongside his thriving real estate career. His story reflects a career built on resilience, perseverance, and a deep commitment to his professional pursuits and personal values.

Don’s journey began in Oklahoma, where he graduated from Northwest Classen High School. He was involved in various activities during his school years, including participation in the debate team and earning a letter in wrestling.

He was named an outstanding athlete in his senior year, a recognition that underscored his dedication and hard work. While many of his classmates went on to Oklahoma State University, Don chose to attend Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. After two years at the university, Don briefly lived in Dallas before relocating to Sebastopol, California.

In California, Don experienced a unique chapter in his life. He lived in a commune on an estate that had once been owned by Charles Schulz, the creator of the "Peanuts" comic strip. During his time there, Don worked as a grape picker in Napa Valley, gaining firsthand insight into the lives of migrant workers. This experience deeply influenced his understanding of the challenges faced by the working class, shaping his worldview and future career choices.

Although Don dreamed of continuing his education at the University of California, Berkeley, financial constraints led him to return to Oklahoma. He enrolled at Southern Nazarene University, where he studied philosophy and religion. His academic pursuits continued at the University of Oklahoma’s College of Law, where he earned his law degree. During law school, Don worked graveyard shifts at freight docks, an experience that further developed his work ethic and strengthened his ties to the working class.

After earning his law degree, Don was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association and began practicing law. At the same time, he ventured into real estate investment, partnering with his father to launch his real estate career.
