Don's career began in 1972 when he joined State Farm as an insurance agent. His extraordinary work ethic and strategic insight quickly propelled him to success, establishing him as a leading agent. Over the years, he built his agency into one of the most successful in the country, achieving the status of the highest-ranking State Farm agent in the United States and Canada by 1995. Seeking to leverage his vast experience and expertise, Don embarked on a new chapter in 2008 by founding Don Bullard Insurance, an independent agency based in Wilmington, North Carolina.
