Don Carlos Lee Gibson, Jr.

I’m a business and operations leader based in Marietta, Georgia, currently serving as General Manager of Marietta Motors and Westfall Towing. My career spans automotive management, golf operations, and military intelligence — all grounded in structure, discipline, and accountability.

Before leading in the private sector, I served as a Military Intelligence Analyst in the United States Army, where I developed a strong foundation in strategic thinking and risk assessment. I later built my career in golf management, serving as a General Manager and Head Golf Professional, combining player development with operational leadership.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and dual associate degrees in Golf Operations, Turf Management, and Teaching & Player Development from the Golf Academy of America.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about mentorship, youth golf development, recovery outreach, and faith-based service. I believe leadership extends beyond the workplace — and that real impact comes from consistency, discipline, and investing in others.
