Don Gayhardt is a Philadelphia-based executive with nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously the CEO and president of CURO, he led a team of more than 5,000 employees offering services to underbanked communities across the United States and Canada. Prior to his career, he studied accounting at the University of Notre Dame, earning a B.B.A. He then began working for Smith Barney in New York.

Shortly after starting his career in investment banking, an investment group he helped found purchased Dollar Financial Group. Three years after its initial investment, the company asked Don Gayhardt to become its president. As a leader of Dollar Financial Group, Mr. Gayhardt oversaw an expansion across the English-speaking West. By the time he left the company in 2008, it had grown to encompass more than 1,400 stores providing financial services to those most in need.

Don Gayhardt has contributed to the broader financial services industry throughout his career. He has held a seat on the board of Beneficial Bank, a Philadelphia institution that has been serving customers since 1853. Mr. Gayhardt has also worked outside the industry as the chairman of a musical education network, Music Training Center Holdings, LLC. Since 2009, he has overseen the premier destination for students seeking a music education in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
