He has accumulated various competencies in his formative working years with several training and consulting firms. He had experiences dealing with various local and international projects engagement in various industries eg. automotive, IT, manufacturing, business services, government agencies, telecommunications, oil and gas and financial institutions.
His specialty covers strategies formulation, setting objectives, tactical activities and execution. Dubbed the “execution specialist” among his contemporaries, he has executed various internal and external projects successfully. Main consulting disciplines are business development and sales, marketing, strategic planning, project management, innovation and problem solving, people management, business process improvement, leadership and entrepreneurship.
Young and enterprising, life is either a great adventure or nothing. He believes that as knowledge worker one must be able to self-manage and only when you operate from strengths you achieve true excellence. Khairul Anwar is a Certified Professional Trainer by Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) and practices Accelerated Learning facilitation method. He recently graduated from Design Thinking School IADP by Genovasi, Malaysia.
He is a founding member of Malaysian Association of Project Management (MAPM), member of Institute Marketing of Malaysia (IMM) and an associate member to Malaysia Institute of Management (MIM). He holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business and Islamic Banking and Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) major in Marketing.
