His consultations are a byproduct of serving many years in the industry, including more than 20 years in corporate finance. Over the course of his career, he’s provided guidance for numerous deals totaling more than $2 billion and completed valuations and independent expert reports in excess of $25 billion.

He is also the Managing Director at Equity & Advisory, a company with decades of experience in mergers. Manifold has served in leadership roles for some of the biggest service firms in the world and is comfortable at the helm of large and small teams alike.

Manifold has not only worked in London, Sydney, and Melbourne, he’s also consulted for deals in Croatia and Papua New Guinea as well. His expertise spans a wide range of industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, information technology, retail, and consumer goods.

Don Manifold has a Bachelors of Economics as well as an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, one of the top rated schools in the world. As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, he’s attained a high level of prestige in his field.
