I've been with Rogers since June 1995, and I've been training with the Learning and Enablement Team on-and-off since 1999. Over the years I have been a Wireless CSC, a Consolidated CSC, a Common Retention Rep, a Customer Service Advocate (office of the president) and a trainer. As a Learning Consultant, I not only teach reps in-class, I also coach them to success once they start taking calls.
