Myra is proudly developed by Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB). Selangor Dredging Limited was formed in 1962 by Mr. TehKienToh. The organisation changed its name to Selangor Dredging Berhad after listed in Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange two years later. The company’s main portfolio was tin mining for more than two decades and are the first Malaysian corporation to construct and operate a dredge. SDB decided to explore into other business sector such as in retail and manufacturing of tyre rims and hardware manufacturing.

Its first property was completed in 1985 and their very own hotel in 1997. For more than 20 years, Selangor Dredging Berhad has been very active in the real estate industry with the following portfolios which are hotel, leasing, property development and property management.

Till date, SDB has received many awards and accolades on their contributions and innovations to the real estate industry. The awards includes The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2019-2020, FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards, The EdgeProp Malaysia's Best Managed Property Awards and many more.
