As a coach and presentations skills trainer, I strive to empower people to find truth in their lives. For the past 14 years, I have worked extensively in the coaching and training industry. I was first introduced to this life-altering possibility by the renowned best selling author, Debbie Ford. I resonated with her philosophies immediately and over the years I worked up the ranks at the Ford Institute for Integrative Coaching. I became leader trainer of the organization and the sole instructor, other than Debbie herself, to present a unique program called the “Shadow Process Retreat.” When the Ford Institute and JFK University joined forces, I was also a core professor in the new program.

Currently, I am consulting with IC2 at the University of Texas. Through this, I have the pleasure of teaching presentation skills to entrepreneurs from countries all over the world, including Korea and India. Traveling the world and bringing fresh perspectives is extremely rewarding work. Not only are we promoting technology but world-wide cooperation.

I am also a co-founder of The Center For Seven Lights – an organization committed to supporting people in turning up their internal light. Innocence, Trust, Connection, Wonder, Unique Contribution, Self-Expression and Love live inside of each of us, longing to be expressed in the world. Please feel free to visit our website.

My ultimate motto is, “Go out and live your most self-expressed life!” And I am eager to teach my tips and tricks to accomplish this for everyone. It’s clear that, in this age of information and knowledge, we are required, more and more, to present ourselves in front of groups. However, most of us are more afraid of doing this than dying (yes, statistics show this)! But, I think, “If I can do it, you can too!” I grew up afraid of people and kept very quiet and introverted. I couldn’t put two clear sentences together without stumbling all over words. I was sure that no one really wanted to hear what I had to say anyway. With commitment, training and a little belief in myself, I was able to break through the fears that gripped me for so many years. It’s extraordinary to me that I am now teaching the very thing that held me back for much of my life. I am thrilled to be able to support others who might feel the same way.

I am now living my most self-expressed life in the vibrant city of Austin, TX. I love to sing, take time to enjoy the local music and ar
