Born and raised in Washington DC. I love to read, travel, and celebrate life and love with family and friends. CEO/Founder of L.A.M.A. ( Life After Military Alliance) Resource Network LLC, the # 1 "RESOURCE HUB" for Military Veterans and their families. Passionate about living my life fully by honoring myself and the blessings surrounding me and helping others do the same. Thirty plus years as a Health Care professional and consultant with broad experience in business, legal, health care, insurance, military, staff development training and education. Self-motivated and team player with confidence in making independent decisions. I am a proud Retired U.S. Army Nurse Corp veteran. I am now seen as one of the go-to resource experts for veterans that need assistance transitioning back to civilian life after years of service in the armed forces. My counseling advice of helping others has improved their morale, teamwork, and communication skills. I also help others find out what really motivates them and then empower them to take life-changing action to make their dreams a reality. My "sweet spot" and mission is to serve women veterans by providing career and empowerment coaching services to support them in their transition to civilian life.
