Welcome to my About.Me page.

I'm Donna, a Vermont Law School Class of 2021 Master of Energy Regulation and Law recipient. I also hold Excelsior College Bachelor of Science degrees in Nuclear Engineering Technology and in Business, and have studied Nuclear Engineering at Virginia Tech's graduate school. I am a proud Navy veteran with nearly two decades of combined military and civilian nuclear power experience. I would be honored to discuss ways we can align our goals to benefit your company!
