My name is Donna Paysepar — I’m a professional singer, actor, and dancer, as well as a passionate and versatile music teacher. I’m currently an MSEd Candidate in Music Education at Hofstra University, working toward New York State teacher certification-- my expertise is in Band, Chorale, Orchestra and Marching Band. My graduate research, soon to be published, focuses on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in music education, alongside my personal teaching philosophy rooted in empowerment, creativity, and access for all learners.
I specialize in teaching all instruments across band, orchestra, and chorus, and I’m committed to helping students of all ages and experience levels find their unique musical voice. Specializing in musical theatre, opera, vocal technique, NYSSMA preparation, and genres including Iranian folk, jazz, Broadway, pop, and funk. I only take a caseload of 10 students at a time, please reach out if you are interested because I love working new students along with my loyal long term students.

Serving the New York Tri-State Area — I teach students of all ages, from kids to retirees. Whether you're single, a couple, or planning your first dance, I offer private sessions, group classes, and custom wedding choreography.
