Current Focus
I currently operate as an independent business development consultant, working with owners and leadership teams to evaluate sales performance, define growth priorities, and build structured go-to-market strategies.
My work is centered on bringing clarity and structure to how businesses operate. That includes identifying gaps in execution, improving pipeline visibility, and aligning sales efforts to revenue and profit objectives.
At the same time, I am open to the right leadership opportunity.

Leadership Experience
Prior to this, I led multi-region sales organizations across industrial automation, energy, construction, and technology. I’ve managed teams responsible for up to $80M in revenue, with direct responsibility for hiring, development, forecasting, and execution.
Channel & Account Alignment
My experience includes working closely with global suppliers, internal teams, and customers to support national account growth and expand multi-site relationships. That includes engaging executive, engineering, and operations stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption across locations.
