He joined full-time in 2017 as an Assistant Brand Manager, where he helped return a $100 million brand to growth through digital strategy and packaging updates. In 2019, he advanced to the role of Associate Brand Manager, overseeing a $400 million brand and collaborating with agencies to drive customer-focused innovation.
After more than three years in CPG, Donovan transitioned into digital marketing, joining an agency where his analytical and strategic strengths translated quickly. Over nearly four years, he rose to Account Director, managing accounts with annual ad spends exceeding $2 million. He is Google Ads-certified and experienced across PPC, SEM, and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
Outside of work, Donovan Falconer is an avid runner, hiker, and outdoor enthusiast who has completed two half marathons and the Four Pass Loop in Colorado. He also enjoys rock climbing, backpacking, photography, and video games, particularly Runescape. He supports charitable causes and values time spent with his two dogs, who often accompany him on outdoor adventures that balance his professional drive.
