Donovan McKendrick

Donovan McKendrick, a student at the University of San Francisco (USF), currently spends his time on his coursework, as well as seeing to his entrepreneurial business, American Homes Realty and DMcK Properties. Founded by Donovan McKendrick in 2002, American Homes Realty leases and manages real estate throughout the San Francisco, California, area. Over the course of his time with the company, Donovan McKendrick has leased $1.5 million in properties, as well as managing property worth millions more. In 2009, Donovan McKendrick received his license as a Real Estate Broker from the State of California.

Donovan McKendrick is pursuing a Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor simultaneously. At the USF School of Law and the USF School of Management (formerly the Masagung School of Business and Management), he has forged an exemplary record, maintaining high grade point averages and receiving a number of scholarships, as well as ranking in the top 20 percent of his class.

Donovan McKendrick served as the president of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and has been associated with the San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association and the National Society of Hispanic MBAs. He also assists in the Superior Court of California as a Law Clerk and has earned Black Belts in hapkido, judo, and jiu-jitsu. Donovan McKendrick is a trained stunt actor, and he has appeared in a number of motion pictures.
