Don Peden

A member of the Association for Talent Development, the largest professional human resources organization in the world, Dr. Don Peden manages a private executive training/coaching business from his home city of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As an independent contractor, Dr. Don Peden is able to assist multiple corporations throughout the South Florida region.

Before going into business for himself, Dr. Peden served several years as a professional development executive trainer with Productivity Point Global/New Horizons Learning Centers in Miami. This position placed him in charge of redesigning and presenting in-person and online leadership courses in areas that ranged from time management and conflict resolution to effective communication and workplace diversity.

Dr. Don Peden formerly served three years as a performance coach with Olympic Consulting in both Fort Lauderdale and Hamilton, Bermuda. He has also provided consulting and/or coaching services while working at Resources Global Professionals in Tampa, Florida, the Human Performance Institute in Orlando, Florida, and Franklin Covey in Salt Lake City, Utah.
