Donel kapay Malula ( Born 20 May 2001 in Kinshasa, Democracy Republic of the Congo) Mostly known as "DON & DONELOFF”is a South African-Based Congolese Internet personality, Vine/actor and Executive producer.

Donel ventured into vine; Donel's vine is based on true life experiences and his mission is to motivate the new ages society (a stress reliever).

Donel quickly adopted the Vineculture at the very young age (..) but was not ambitious enough to take it serious.

In October 2019 he dropped his first vine video with his friends Brian& Gloryon Socia media titled “Wtf just happened” He’s role was a victim of robbery, Which attracted social media users; Where he had so many followers, Making him Influencer & the most followed user on the platform in his generation.
