Donyae Scott

"Trust yourself. Think for yourself. Act for yourself. Speak for yourself. Be yourself. Imitation is suicide" is a quote by Marva Collins an infamous educator and graduate of Clark College. This quote continues to motivate Donyae in the path of success and achievement. Donyae Scott was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where the power of education and growth empowered her ideology of success. She currently attends Clark Atlanta University located in Atlanta, Georgia.

At Clark Atlanta University (or CAU), she is a junior Accounting major with the hopes of becoming a consultant manager, financial advisor, or financial analyst. Not only that, she is preparing herself for the GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) and the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) exam. Maintaining her academics is something she values but developing as a well-rounded and influential individual is something she aims to do while on campus as well. She demonstrates these two traits within the leadership roles and responsibilities she currently have. The leadership roles' she currently has is Junior Class Treasurer, Vice President of National Association of Black Accountants, 2nd Vice President of National Council of Negro Women, and Residential Hall Assistant.

Besides being a leader on campus, Donyae successfully completed an internship with Accenture as a Systems Integration intern and at Aurora Health Care as an Information Technology INROADS intern. Both positions allowed Donyae to enhance as a student and a future professional. Overall, Donyae aims to be a successful mentor and professional.
