My responsibilities at ProbusFX include:
- Managing the performanceand optimization of the marketing department’s effectiveness.
- Setting and delivering marketing plans that drive brand awareness and business identity and profitability.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Work to maximise output against a set budget with effective monitoring and control.
- Definition, automation and streamlining of marketing operation processes.
- Test and evaluate marketing tactics and strategies in the acquisition of new clients.
- Collaborate with the IT department for the purpose of optimizing the CRM system, marketing technologies, meta-data management, website and online page improvements, direct mail production, etc.
- Liaise with other departments (IT, Compliance, Dealing, Finance, BackOffice) to define a unified approach for internal processes, system design, and development, customer service approach etc that meets market demands.
My interests range from technology to photography and I am also into travelling.
