Hello!

My name is Dóra Ingrid Szász, and I am from the magical Transilvania (RO). I am a second years student at the University of Communication and Public Relations in Cluj Napoca.

Being a student in the second years my goal is to accumulate as much experience as possible, in hope that it will enrich my knowledge.

In the past few years I have regularly taken part in organizing events for smaller and bigger communities. During these events I always maintained a good working relationship with all the others and even managed to make new friends.

Since high school I showed a strong interest for this profession. I helped in editing the school’s newspaper and I was a member of the school’s student council as well. In 2010 I took part in a weekend education project, which goal was to build team spirit, to teach project editing and writing and to develop communication skills.

In 2012 I took part in the campaign for the local elections. I gathered a lot of experience and knowledge, and since then I actively follow the RMDSZ (Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania) party’s life. I also managed to gather a lot of experience during the campaign for the European Parliament elections and I am very proud that I had the opportunity to be a part of the team.

If I have to nominate what makes me fit for this profession, I would highlight my ambition and communication skills. I am precise and I have a great work spirit. Since I was 16, during every summer break, I worked for a company that specializes in wedding planning. Here I learned that you can do your job well only by loving it.

My goal is to gather as much experience as possible. I love to travel to see new places, meet new people and to discover new perspectives about how the life is in different areas.

In this summer I will take part of Work and Travel program. It will be my first time in USA and I hope it will be one of my greatest experience I ever had.
