As a certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP) for over 15 years, Doreen Gagne has completed extensive postgraduate coursework in the fields of voice and swallowing disorders, allergies, and sleep medicine. She also trained in a number of specific medical procedures, including laryngeal stroboscopy and transnasal esophagoscopy. Doreen Gagne currently serves as a CRNP with Chesapeake Sleep Physicians in Fallston, Maryland, where she treats patients who suffer from conditions ranging from obstructive and central sleep apnea to REM behavior disorder and restless leg syndrome.

Prior to accepting her current position in 2014, Ms. Gagne served tenures as an otorhinolaryngology nurse practitioner with Lancaster Ear, Nose, and Throat in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and an otorhinolaryngology and allergy nurse practitioner with Summit ENT and Hearing Services in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. In addition to treating patients directly, she has educated the next generation of nursing professionals as an adjunct faculty member with the University of Maryland and an instructor at both Anne Arundel Community College and the Anne Arundel Medical Center.
