As a current senior at Vanguard University, finishing my communications degree with an emphasis in public relations, I plan to pursue a career in Event Planning. I am applying with the same passion and love for the Central Valley I have grown up with that you have distilled into your company culture and brand.

My Youth Pastor event planning, communications-based coursework, leadership proficiency, endless passion and creativity for event planning, and enthusiasm for the field have properly prepared me for this position. I am currently finishing my final semester of college where I will graduate in May of 2022. These experiences have given me the opportunity to build my knowledge in the field of communication and event coordination, as well as developing my understanding and experience in public relations. My communications public relations coursework has taught me about the application and theories of communication, and has prepared me to enter Event Coordinating with strong verbal and written communication skills. My event planning proficiency has been built through my time as the Youth Intern at South Valley Community Church where I took up the position of the former Youth Pastor to build a program for the youth of Lemoore that was not only focused on growing personal morals but also entertaining and creating an inclusive place to gather together on a weekly basis. All these facets to my education have molded my understanding and interest in Event Coordinating, and has paved the way for my career into the field.
