Employed by Deutsche Bank since June 2020, Dorianne Van Dyke has built on a long history of advising business leadership in areas that range from intellectual property to complex commercial and regulatory issues. Before assuming her current position, Dorianne Van Dyke served as a legal consultant for several prominent companies as counsel for the New York City based Axiom Law.

Her roles with Axiom included serving brief tenures as commercial contracts counsel for American Express, MetLife, and Johnson & Johnson. Earlier in her career, she managed a range of regulatory and IP matters as general counsel for the automotive apparel company Blipshift and a staff attorney/board secretary for the First Amendment-focused legal nonprofit Media Law Resource Center.

A graduate of NYU and New York Law School, Ms. Van Dyke is admitted to practice through the New York State Bar Association. She is also a certified information privacy professional. From 2012 to 2015, she served as a free speech fellow with The Wall Street Journal.

Dorianne Van Dyke is an avid reader, art enthusiast and enjoys running in her spare time.
