Dorianne Van Dyke draws on nearly two decades of in-house experience advising global financial institutions and other highly regulated organizations on complex commercial and technology matters. Dorianne counsels clients on technology transactions, AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property and regulatory issues, providing practical, business-oriented advice that supports innovation, mitigates risk and advances strategic business objectives. Her in-house experience enables her to deliver commercially focused guidance aligned with clients’ operational and business priorities.

Before assuming her current position at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, Dorianne Van Dyke served as a financial services in-house counsel at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and Deutsche Bank AG.

Earlier in her career, Dorianne managed a range of commercial matters at Axiom Law and served as a Staff Attorney/Board Secretary for the First Amendment-focused legal nonprofit Media Law Resource Center.

A graduate of NYU and New York Law School, Dorianne is admitted to practice through the New York State Bar Association. She is also CIPP-US certified by the IAPP. From 2012 to 2015, she served as a Free Speech Fellow with The Wall Street Journal.
