As an IT project manager and IT change manager my focus lies on human-related aspects of change such as employee acceptance or successfully integrating new technologies into pre-existent business cultures and processes.

Years ago, I got into the tech industry by accident and since then I’m passionate about my job. This is one of the many reasons why I founded #TheNewITGirls together with Astrid Wieland. One of the goals is to raise awareness about the latitude of job opportunities for women in tech.
