The Netherlands Health Declaration Form Includes the principles, limitations and values of the National Health Service. The most important objective of these organizations is to promote medical integrity and to protect the interests of those involved in the health care field. All these organizations cooperate to make sure that all people involved in the health care field from the Netherlands have high standards of professional conduct and good practices. These declarations ensure the standards of health care for the general population are preserved at all times.
