Dory Wiley


Dory Wiley, a veteran of the financial services industry, has served as the president and chief executive officer of Commerce Street Holdings, LLC since 2007. The company functions as a holding company for an investment banking firm and an investment advisory firm, where Dory Wiley concentrates on developing and overseeing investment funds that focus on financial institutions and related derivatives.

An alumnus of Southern Methodist University, Mr. Wiley graduated with a master of business administration and holds a bachelor of arts in finance and accounting from Texas Tech University. Earlier in his career, he served as the vice president and manager of the Financial Institutions Group at Rauscher Pierce, currently known as RBC Capital Markets. In 1996, he accepted a position as the President of SAMCO Capital Markets, where he worked for more than a decade before co-founding Commerce Street Holdings.

Today, Dory Wiley plays an active role with several organizations outside of Commerce Street Holdings. He supports the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and serves on the board of directors for the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic. He is also a member of the Liberty Institute. Mr. Wiley and his family reside in Dallas, Texas.
