Sap Evaluation

At SAP Evaluation LLC, the DOT SAP Program begins with an initial SAP Evaluation conducted by a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), who assesses the individual’s substance use history and determines a personalized plan for recovery and compliance. Based on this evaluation, the SAP may recommend education, counseling, or treatment, followed by a monitored process to ensure successful completion. Once all requirements are met, the SAP conducts a follow-up evaluation and determines eligibility for the return-to-duty (RTD) drug or alcohol test.
