DOTUN is an unconventional thinker, an esteemed Conference Speaker, Human

Resource Management Expert, Instructional Learning Designer, Business Acumen

Strategist, Book Project Consultant, and a Personal Development Thought Leader.

Dotun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the premier university of

education, Tai Solarin University. He is an alumni of the Leadership Coaching Academy

and the Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy.

He is passionate about social impact and human capacity development with a special

focus on helping individuals reach their highest potential and achieve relevance in life.

In order to make these a reality, Dotun has initiated platforms such as Seekers Hub (a

forum for job Seekers and entrepreneurs), Graduate Accelerate Program (an

employability skills acquisition project for undergraduates) and the SME BOX which

continues to impact thousands around the globe.

Dotun has consulted (and provided training) extensively for corporate organizations,

individuals and groups on influencing behavioral change through process development

or direct personnel interventions & solutions. Principally, Dotun develops contents for

capacity building, training and development, life coaching, business systems

enhancement and brand optimization.

Dotun's strong ability to inspire, coach, facilitate, and manage projects has given him

the opportunity to work with several high network individuals, organizations and also

grace several platforms across the nation inspiring thousands of young adults to

discover and develop their potentials through his training, coaching programmes and

resource materials .

He was the state president of Winner Corpers' Fellowship Bauchi in the year 2015 and

Vice President of Living Faith Youth Alive Fellowship that same year.

Dotun is an astute writer, preacher and teacher of God's word and over time, he has

become a key member of faculty of various ministries and training institutions in Nigeria
