Saint Cloud State Graduate with a BA in Communication Studies and Women's Studies. I have an undenyable passion for public speaking, especially on the subject of domestic violence. With an educational background and experience in the matter, I am advanced in this area of speech.

I try to raise awareness about the dangers of violence in relationships, my personal experience in the court system, warning signs, and prevention methods. Even if the audience has not personally experienced this type of violence in their lifetime-more than likely someone they know has. It is important for everyone (male and female) to talk about this issue openly, connect with each other, and built a support network. The statistics on domestic violence are staggering. Stop the silence!

This particular subject may make some people cringe, but it is too important to ignore! If there are any opportunities to raise awareness on the subject, I would love to be involved!
