Doug is a highly creative and versatile senior executive, with a career path that has enabled him to embrace a diverse array of business disciplines, from seminar spokesperson, through to product management, marketing and customer service transformation. As a long tenured and highly productive member of the WDS’ Senior Executive team, Doug has been instrumental in the definition and execution of WDS’s customer service transformation strategy.

Today Doug heads up the WDS Insight function where he manages and coaches a global team of Consulting Analysts. As Head of Insight, Doug has designed and developed a broad portfolio of customer service transformation methodologies, with a complementary accompaniment of purpose built analytical tools.

Since the acquisition of WDS by Xerox in 2012, Doug’s portfolio of transformational programs, methodologies and tools have received widespread recognition within the Xerox services organization. Today these WDS programs underpin Xerox’s Next Generation Care strategy.

Previously, as a marketer Doug established a PR / marketing function within WDS, developing PR relationships, refining company messaging and designing / executing PR strategy to ensure prolific and sustainable marketing exposure.

Doug is also a regular author of thought leadership opinion pieces and papers, and a frequent media spokesperson for WDS.

Doug's consulting and marketing experience is well complimented with a strong background in training the mobile industry and promoting mobile products on behalf of major industry manufacturers. Doug is experienced in the entire training process from needs analysis through to design, authoring and delivery to audiences of between 1 and 300 delegates.

Doug is also accomplished in video production and graphics work for print, web and presentation using a range of multi-media development tools and languages to deliver the maximum presentation impact to the audience. Within Doug’s tenure with WDS he has hand designed, coded, marketed and launched 3 of WDS’s core multi-media products.
