Doug Johnson

Doug has many years’ experience working in the people development environment. He is the managing director of Journey Tools Consulting and LEMON Leadership South Africa. Known as the “team whisperer”, he has the ability and experience to empower teams to work together optimally in multiple environments. His focus is working with executive teams and boards of directors on a team and strategic level. He has developed a number of useful tools for people development. Since 1999 he has facilitated hundreds of LEMON Leadership workshops, focussing on Team optimisation, as well as leadership development. He is a leading exponent on LEMON Leadership, and has trained many facilitators in South Africa to use the product.
