I am looking to expand and move forward with my career in Information Technology.

I consider myself an Information Technology professional with extensive experience in the computer industry. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and I am A+ certified in computer systems.

I have experience in maintaining networks and network troubleshooting (routers and network cards etc..), technical writing, and technical support for laptop and desktop computers.

Microsoft operating systems that I use and have experience with range from Windows 10, 2008, 2007, Vista, XP, all the way back to MS-DOS 6.x. Also Windows Server 2008 and 2003.

Ubuntu up to 14.04 and Linux Mint operating systems.

I also have experience in maintaining printers from laser, ink jet, and all in one printers.

I have experience in setting up and maintaining computer hardware from network systems to desktop and laptop computers and the operating systems and software that goes with each one.
