Through personal experience, I have found that expectations in ones personal capabilities are often, if not always, underestimated. Through continuing education, I've learned the scientific processes involved in increasing fitness and improving ones health, internally and externally. I take pride in providing clients with the knowledge they need to understand how their bodies work and enabling them to push themselves to pursue their individual goals.
