Douglas Ebenstein

Douglas Ebenstein acts as president of Capital Commercial Properties, Inc., in Boca Raton, Florida, with a legal office in Falls Church, Virginia. A company with a history going back more than five decades, Capital Commercial Properties owns and manages residential and retail properties with a special focus on the metropolitan Washington, D.C., market. One of its flagship properties, Eden Center is a major cultural destination featuring over two dozen fine Vietnamese restaurants. In preparation for his real estate career, Doug Ebenstein enrolled at Brown University, from which he earned his bachelor of arts in economics. While studying, he competed on the varsity tennis team, playing both singles and doubles. After graduating, Mr. Ebenstein became a law student at Duke University, where he completed his juris doctor. A strong supporter of his and his children’s academic institutions, Doug Ebenstein gives to Brown University, Duke University, the Pinecrest School, and Saint Andrew’s School. He also donates to The Morgan Pressel Foundation, which raises money to fight breast cancer.
