Douglas Ebenstein is the President and CEO of Capital Commercial Properties and Eden Center, Inc., where he oversees a diverse portfolio of retail and residential real estate throughout the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Since joining the family business in 1978, he has prioritized a ""buy and hold"" investment strategy, focusing on long-term value and conservative growth across properties like the 20-acre Sullivan Place community. A graduate of Brown University and Duke University School of Law, Ebenstein is also a former professional tennis player on the ATP tour and remains an active national competitor and philanthropist.
