Douglas Formby is the Senior Executive for ResortShare, a company that gives people the necessary tools to sell, rent and buy time share at their own convenience.

Doug's role is focused in improving organizational structure within the company and create a continuous learning environment for all employees. His 35 years of experience with General Motors have give Doug the necessary background in mentoring fellow employees and lead successful teams that are result driven and efficient.

Doug’s personal approach to business focuses on identifying and comprehending the inter-connectivity across any organizational system. Doug believes that this method allows leaders to respect the unique traits and characteristics of every individual within an organization.

Doug is happily married for 33 yeas and is a proud father and grandfather.
