With nearly a decade of career experience within the entertainment industry, Nashville-based Doug Phillips offers expertise in digital strategies, interactive marketing, and online strategies, publicity and marketing.

He currently operates Digital and Strategy for the Q Prime South roster in a management capacity. Previously he served as a Digital Marketing Manager with Universal Music Group in Nashville, charged with the development & execution of the company’s digital marketing plan for its UMG Nashville roster. Doug has worked with the likes of such platinum artists as Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum.

Doug was previously Digital Marketing Manager at Sony Music Nashville, where he created, maintained and monitored the company’s social networking properties, while amping its social network communities and creating exclusive web content—including video, audio, graphics and text.

In addition, he worked for three years in New Media & Label Services with the Ray Stevens Group, creating the long-lived company’s digital strategies.
