Douglas Loisel

With extensive experience in working with non-profit organizations in both executive and volunteer roles, Dr. Douglas Loisel founded Loisel Consulting Services to help these organizations maximize their efficacy and streamline their work processes. Presently serving as principal of Loisel Consulting Services, Dr. Loisel holds a number of advanced degrees which include a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, a Master's degree in Education Administration, and a Master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy.

Dr. Douglas Loisel offers coaching services for executives in addition to providing grant writing, pre-employment testing, and evaluation services. Dr. Douglas Loisel has the tools to help the owners of non-profit organizations improve the stability and effectiveness of their operations as well as the manner in which they provide services. He served as Executive Director of three locations of The Salvation Army and spent four years working for foster home agencies such as Bienvenidos and Homes for Hope. He also worked as a high school teacher for four years before he began teaching higher education courses at Azusa Pacific University, Citrus College in Glendora, and at East Los Angeles College.

A believer in caring for others, Dr. Douglas Loisel has volunteered with a number of organizations in his community. This list includes his local chapter of The American Red Cross and the Homeless United For Friendship and Freedom, which serves as an advocacy group for the destitute population in Santa Cruz, California. Dr. Loisel is also active in his church, The First Church of the Nazarene, and participates in its Church in the Park program.
