Doug has been an FHA 203(k) Consultant since 1995.
Doug is also an instructor for Realtor continuing education. He has written over 40 hours of continuing education credits for Realtors and Home Inspectors. Doug has written a number of articles that have been published in regional publications. He has developed a series of professional presentations that offer educational opportunities to Home Inspectors, Realtors and Lenders.
He has been an ASHI member since 1995.
Doug is the owner and Laboratory Director for HomePro Radon Laboratory, a New York State certified Radon Laboratory and also owner and Director of Education for Empire Training Institute, a New York State approved Home Inspection School.
