Doug Pullman is the Marketing & Public Relations Manager of Parker, Smith & Feek. Prior to joining Parker, Smith & Feek, Doug worked for retailer Eddie Bauer and was charged with developing multi-channel marketing and loyalty campaigns. Before that he spent time as the Marketing Manager for House of Travel (based in his native New Zealand) during which time he launched several industry leading marketing campaigns for both the B2C & B2B sides of the company.
Doug specializes in revitalizing brands, using a heavily strategic and long-term approach that uses both new media and traditional marketing methods. His favorite catch phrase around the office is “It takes three years to build a relationship, five years to build loyalty and a lifetime to build a brand”. Doug is also known in the insuracne industry as a leader in emerging trends and intergrating sales and marketing strategies.
