Douglas Ross, CPA

Doug Ross is the Managing Director of The Aces Group© and founder and creator of The Aces Network©. He manages all recruiting efforts for the Aces United© group of companies and is helping bring the Aces Network to Big Four accounting professionals and companies across the country.

Prior to forming Aces United, Doug was a Senior Practice Manager with Russell|Tobin & Associates, a search firm best known for the high level of service and consulting type approach, where he served as the Head of Accounting & Finance Recruitment for the Philadelphia region. In addition to his experience working in external recruitment, Doug has served as a Divisional Financial Controller for a wholesale/distribution corporation headquartered in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He began his career as a Senior Associate in KPMG Philadelphia’s audit practice. While at KPMG, Doug worked with their Philadelphia and Miami practices; specializing in Commercial Real Estate.

Doug is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and received his B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University. Born and raised in Ocean City, NJ, Douglas resides in Philadelphia. He enjoys staying active and following the Phillies, Eagles, and 76ers. This year, you’ll find him running the Philadelphia Broad Street Run for the second year in a row for the American Cancer Society.
