Measurement Engineer in Powhatan Point, Ohio
I am a mechanical engineer specializing in liquid and gas flow measurement. I am passionate about using innovation and emerging technology to solve chronic problems.
I am proficient with Coriolis, Ultrasonic, Differential Pressure, Positive Displacement and Turbine meters. SCADA/HMI and third party calibrations are right up my alley too.
The cornerstone of my career has been generating cost savings. My biggest success to date has been $1.2 million in savings by using Coriolis meters to replace Ultrasonics to measure gas flow for gas turbines. I've had much success solving those nagging problems that have persisted for years. I do this by taking off the blinders to find innovative solutions. I enjoy mentoring others.
My hobbies include hunting, fishing and working on my 1978 Ford truck (although that's not always enjoyable).
