I am an enthusiastic, results oriented Human Resources Professional, specializing in Training, Facilitating, Recruitment & Relationship building, who is passionate about serving my students / clients and helping them realize their career and job aspirations.

Currently, I am responsible for ensuring integration of various services offered through Humber College and for achieving the collective strategic goals and initiatives set for the success of our students and our programs. My role also makes me accountable for the leadership of specialized programs and services related to career development, employer recruitment, job development, experiential work opportunities, volunteerism, alumni services, employer and alumni relations and the ongoing development/enhancement of the Career Connections programs within the School of Media Studies & Information Technology.

Progressive experience in sourcing, recruiting, hiring and supporting IEPs in various sectors
Human Resource Management certification from Sheridan College.
Cross-cultural communicator, including fluency in six languages, i.e. English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Gujrati and Sindhi.
Proficient in MSOffice Suite - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet/Email, etc.
