Laying loops and samples, acapellas and scratches while mixing live creates the distinctive sound of DJ Doza, who has been honoring his innovated style for nearly 15 years. By the time he was 17 years old he was already throwing his own parties, raves and undergrounds to bring up the sound of house music in the San Francisco dance scene. Influenced by Daft Punk, Green Velvet, Armand Van Helden, Boyz Noize, Crookers and more, this Bay Area native has gained respect by some of the biggest names and preformed on stages with DJ Dan, Hatiras, Keoki, Charles Feelgood, Joey Youngman (aka Wolfgang Gartner), Angel Alanis and many more. With his blend of House, Electro & Techno, Doza has created a following in all of United States, including Chicago, side by side, with the internationally known crew, Ghetto Division. For years Doza has produced tracks and remixes featured on Beatport.com under the labels Vibrance Recordings, Phresh Digital, other indie labels and blogs. In 2010, he decided to take a break from DJing and focus more on producing as well as starting his own label.
